Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction for all services. We will stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your end result, we ask for the opportunity to adjust any service to create your desired result. As long as you are following and using the correct at home maintenance we will guarantee our services 14 days from service date. Not eligible if other adjustments have been made outside our salon.
RETAIL GUARANTEE: All haircare products are guaranteed for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days not be accepted. All makeup and skincare are final sale.
CANCELLATIONS: To protect our Stylists as well as our Guests, we have in place a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Any chemical service 2 or more hours requires a 48 hour notice.
- No Call No Show- You will be charged 100% of your service.
- Same Day Cancel- You will be charged 50% of your service.
